We're sure you'll be delighted with the products and services you receive from us, however in addition to your legal rights, if you're not completely satisfied with your order at any time after purchasing from us, please contact us ASAP and we'll gladly exchange or refund for you.
UK law offers you 14 days to cancel your purchase from us, and then a further 14 days to have products collected and returned to us.
TokyoTime will always offer you a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process any refund due to you as soon as we can and, in any case, within 7 days of the day on which the goods have been collected from you or returned to us.
Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account, depending on your card provider.
If you're returning the products, we do ask that the products are unused, in their original packaging and with any labels still attached.
